Savoring Saturdays: A Weekly Gluten free & Healthy Living Linky Party

Welcome back to Savoring Saturdays! I have made it no secret that I love all things breakfast. By now, I would think you would be be a bit tired of hearing about it. However, I suspect you share my love of oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, eggs, muffins, scones, quiche (and the list goes on) because this week’s most popular link was: Sun Butter No Bake Granola Clusters from Mary’s Busy Kitchen. My first thought when I saw these was, “Wow, I’d eat about a hundred of these.” Apparently this is a common reaction since Mary recommends doubling the recipe! Is she a mind reader or just really insightful?

In keeping with a breakfast theme (I will to try to pick another theme next week, but no promises), I am featuring Apple Cider Overnight Oats from Swirls and Spice. I love oatmeal…I love apple cider…who would have thought to put them together? Well, Julia that’s who. It is a brilliant way to add some sweetness whie making oatmeal healthier at the same time! Bonus, the cook time will be shorter after soaking. Win, win, win.
