
The one thing I miss the most is pasta. Usually the pain it would cause is a great deterrent, but I can’t seem to shake these cravings. Then recently, I tried spiralized veggies for the first time. While they don’t quite taste like pasta, it is now my favorite way to eat vegetables. No more problems getting enough veggies, I can’t get enough! Apparently, it was the texture of the pasta I was missing not the flavor. Because let’s face it, pasta really doesn’t have much flavor.
Also, in comprising these recipes, I learned that you can actually make a Paleo pasta that tastes close to the real stuff. I am now inspired to start making homemade pasta! It’s not nearly as hard as I thought and I can’t wait to try some of these recipes. So no matter how you choose to get your pasta fix, you’ll find an amazing recipe to satisfy your craving.
