Welcome back to Savoring Saturdays! Next week a new host is joining us: Celeste Noland of Life After Wheat. Please follow her of social media. I, for one, am eager with anticipation. This week has been more hectic than usual or at least it seems that way with a renovation happening. It’s kind of hard to focus on work with saws buzzing. Or maybe I’ll just take any excuse to avoid work. 🙂
This week’s most popular link was Low Carb Biscuits with Goat Cheddar from Forest and Fauna. These look absolutely amazing. Since I have no oven right now, I will highly appreciate anyone sending some over.
My favorites included:
My favorites this week are all chocolate. I think I may have a problem. Think…know…same difference. First, I am drooling over these Simple Paleo Chocolate Brownies from Tessa The Domestic Diva. It’s impossible to have enough good brownie recipes.
Gluten-Free Marshmallow Cereal Bars from Gluten-Free Palate. I’m not sure how I overlooked the obvious but you can make Rice Krispie treats with any cereal. My head is spinning with the possibilites!
Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Eggs from A Saucy Kitchen. These may replace Cadbury Cream Eggs as my new favorite Easter Treat.
Meet your lovely hostesses!
Here is what we’ve been up to this week:
Chocolate Irish Whisky Cake from Elle
Chocolate Quinoa Cake with Whipped Ganache Frosting from Celeste
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream from Emily
Homemade Grapefruit Gummies from Raia
