Welcome back to Savoring Saturdays! And Happy Labor Day! I don’t know how you celebrate the holiday but I imagine most of you host or attend end-of-the-season barbecues. Here in the city, we don’t have yards, so my husband and I always grab some friends and go out for barbecue. I know, not the same, but it’s the best we can do! Now a barbecue meal is not complete without some biscuits, but being gluten-free makes the bread basket off-limits. Yes, I said “one of our most popular links” because last week’s most popular link was a tie! The Thai Chili Salmon from Grain Changer was also clicked again and again. And no wonder. Salmon is hands down my favorite fish and Thai Chili Sauce is a fantastic change of pace from the same old dill. Do you think Leah will come by and make it for me? Probably not, sigh, but armed with her recipe I’m able to make it myself.
