Welcome back to Savoring Saturdays! Well, it is officially fall now. The jig is up. I can no longer pretend it is still summer. The kids are back in school and the question of how to pack a healthy lunch is on most mother’s minds. To help with that dilemma is this week’s most popular link: Grain Free Sunbutter and Jelly Bars from Homemade Dutch Apple Pie. These bars are nut-free, grain-free and, best of all, make packing lunch EASY. Did I mention they are easy? Because they are.
Pumpkin craziness starts earlier every year. I am truly shocked that this year September (which is usually characterized by apples) is seeing the beginning of what promises to be a flurry of pumpkin recipes. I for one am thrilled! The more pumpkin recipes, the better! So here at Savoring Saturday’s the lovely Raia compiled a round-up of our favorite past pumpkin goodies. Enjoy!
