Savoring Saturdays Gluten-free Link Party

Welcome back to Savoring Saturdays! And Happy Labor Day! I don’t know how you celebrate the holiday but I imagine most of you host or attend end-of-the-season barbecues. Here in the city, we don’t have yards, so my husband and I always grab some friends and go out for barbecue. I know, not the same, but it’s the best we can do! Now a barbecue meal is not complete without some biscuits, but being gluten-free makes the bread basket off-limits. Apparently, many of you are missing bread as well because one of our most popular links this week was Top 40 Gluten-Free Bread Recipes—Basic Rolls and Biscuits from Gluten Free Easily. Here you will find a slew of recipes to satisfy your bread cravings.

Yes, I said “one of our most popular links” because last week’s most popular link was a tie! The Thai Chili Salmon from Grain Changer was also clicked again and again. And no wonder. Salmon is hands down my favorite fish and Thai Chili Sauce is a fantastic change of pace from the same old dill. Do you think Leah will come by and make it for me? Probably not, sigh, but armed with her recipe I’m able to make it myself.

This week I am featuring Maple Brown Sugar Baked Oatmeal Squares from
