Welcome back to Savoring Saturdays! Our kitchen renovation is finally done! I realize they always take longer than you expect but, really? I remember in college a friend telling me they build strip malls in Texas in two weeks. So how on earth does a 6 x 8 foot kitchen take two months? I am baffled but am really just focused on that it is done. Did I mention it is done? Because it is done. Just a ton more cleaning and life can return to normal. It honestly seems surreal and really hasn’t sunk in yet. Probably because the place looks like a bomb went off. 🙂
