Welcome back to Allergy-Free Thursdays! This week marks my first full attempt at trying a Paleo lifestyle. I have to admit to being a bit overwhelmed but I think it will get easier once I have my pantry set up properly. It seems like most things…easy once you know what you are doing. Unfortunately I can’t say i really know what I am doing yet. Any tips and tricks are most welcome, as are any recommendations for being a Paleo blogger, groups, link parties, etc.
